HISTORY
Founded in 2005 with 30 teachers and 200 students in Istanbul, Kale Schools have grown into one of the most prominent brands in the Turkish education sector. Today, the institution continues its educational activities with thousands of staff and tens of thousands of students across preschool, primary school, middle school, Anatolian high school, and vocational and technical high schools.
Since its establishment, Kale Schools have been recognized for three key qualities in educational excellence. First, they have always prioritized foreign language education. Second, in response to the country’s economic needs and evolving societal structure, financial literacy courses have played a crucial role in the curriculum. Third, the school has maintained a forward-thinking management approach, emphasizing the importance of cultural events and sports activities alongside academic attendance for both teachers and students.
Inspired by the “Millet Mektepleri” (Nation’s Schools) founded by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in 1928, Kale Schools uphold the principles of quality education, providing world-class educational opportunities across many regions in Turkey. Graduates of Kale Schools contribute to society in various parts of the country, equipped with the education they received.
Our curriculum and educational model are designed with a focus on the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development of our students. Through comprehensive foreign language education, we enable our students to become global citizens.
With our “Holistic Education Model,” we nurture students who are inquisitive, capable of producing projects, skilled in teamwork, possess leadership qualities, and can speak at least one foreign language fluently. Our educational activities are carried out under the following mottos:
